Hemanth Kumar

Hemanth is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice at End to End Advisors, specializing in transaction advisory, M&A, and commercial litigation. He regularly advises startups and established entities on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic structuring.

A 2024 graduate of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, he combines academic rigor with practical advocacy. Before joining the firm, he gained experience representing clients before the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and various lower courts.

His approach to law is deeply research-oriented, having authored multiple research papers and served as the first President of the Student Bar Council at MNLU, Nagpur, he brings demonstrated leadership and academic depth to the team.
